When will Manchester City's match against Borussia Moenchengladbach be played?

Tuesday's Group C showdown at the Etihad was called off after torrential rain in the area raised concerns over safety

Manchester City's match against Borussia Monchengladbach looks set to be rescheduled for tomorrow, according to UEFA regulations.
Tuesday's Champions League clash at the Etihad was postponed 19 minutes before kick-off, on the advice of the stadium safety officer, with both clubs and UEFA in agreement with the decision.
The decision was taken because of safety and security issues around the ground, with conditions treacherous because of the incessant rain, not because the pitch was unplayable.
Roads around the stadium were flooded, with cars abandoned, while walkways around the ground were treacherous to navigate, leading to the unanimous decision to postpone the game.
UEFA are currently holding a meeting with City and Moenchengladbach officials to determine when the game will be played, although no official decision has yet been made.
Monchengladbach want an afternoon kick-off tomorrow to enable them to leave Manchester early, but it is unclear whether City will agree or if they will push for a 7.45pm kick-off.
Markus Aretz, communications officer for Monchengladbach, said: "It is likely the game will go ahead tomorrow, and we are just discussing the kick-off time.
"We would like an afternoon kick-off so we can go home, but we still have no agreement with Manchester City and UEFA."
